I’m beginning to think that another way we can remain relevant as marketers is go beyond messaging and creating media channels where ads could live.

For example, say you’re client was Pepsi. You make a completely agnostic forum/media channel with videos/content desired by said audience. You then populate the site with Pepsi ads. Not just a few similar ones, but many and in different forms for various users.

Ostensibly, people will catch on, but we’d have an own-able channel that demands for creation and more billings (more ads to produce).
